So I was downloading porn right and.....uh....wrong blog.? Anyway, I just want to conduct a little rap history lesson for the newbies and non-believers out there. Here's the question. What was the name of the hip-hop group rapper MF Doom formerly belonged to Tic...Tic...Tic...Ding!!! Times up. The answer is K.M.D. Here is another question. While MF Doom was in KMD, what was his stage name? Tic..Tic..Oh never mind the answer is Zev-Love X. Interestingly enough many fans believe MF Doom is a new rapper. While he has been out since 95' as MF Doom (I know because that's when I noticed how he switched up his flow), it is amazing how many people really truly believe he is brand new. With the recent success of his latest album "DangerDoom" (a collaboration between Adult Swim of the Cartoon Network, himself, and DJ Dangermouse) he has gained a completely broader and new following. He's often criticized for his flow being all over the place, but if one actually listens to what he is saying it really begins to make topical sense. The thing about it is this. He raps mainly in a subliminal style. Meaning you have to pay attention to what he's flowing about. The thing about it is this...no one and I mean no one flows the way he does at this point and time in rap. And he is arguably on of the most consistent and top MC's alive today. Anyway, I felt that I couldn't give a lesson without video. So heres how we will do it. First up will be the past. A K.M.D. video. Next will come the MF Doom video. Fair enough. Enjoy. Ohh.. can you guess who MF Doom is in the KMD video? Hmm...
