I Bet You Didn't Know....
1. I absolutely love watching old black and white movies. It's been this way since I was a kid. Something about watching life without the hue. The acting during this time was 50/50, but the screenplays were usually great and innovative.
2. I like Eighties Rock. That's right. Ya boy loves some Van Halen (David Lee Roth version), Whitesnake, Poison, Guns and Roses, and Bon Jovi. Say what you want but you can't deny that when you hear "Jump" a feeling of exhilaration takes over your soul. You feel the angst of the Big City when "Welcome to the Jungle" starts. Plus for those Hip-Hop and R&B heads (that grew up during 80's) that claim they've listened to nothing else THEY ARE LYING!!! Rap wasn't played in heavy rotation then. Back then you had to have Rap or R&B stations on the AM radio band together in the same format. My how times have changed.
3. Cheesecake is one of my favorite deserts. That's right I said it...What...chessecake. It is one of the world's finest desserts and next to manna falling from Heaven it is right up there.
4. I like Rainy days. Thank God for them. They represent rest. They represent a balance of life. Some rainy days feel like time just stops for the moment (usually in the summer). Plus that is some great sleep weather...MAN!!!
